After selecting the plate, please provide information on what the inscription should be on it and the color (you can choose the finish: bronze, copper, silver). After a few days, we will send you a computer model of the inscription with a request for approval. Then we start to create your unique plaque. The inscriptions are placed on a pre-selected template and a casting mold is created. The casting mold is made of sand sprinkled with graphite. Aluminum is melted at the temperature of 750 oC and the mold is poured over it. The next process is cleaning the plate from casting imperfections. The tile is painted several times with paints protecting against weather conditions. The inscriptions themselves are polished to achieve the "mirror" effect. Then your nameplate is sent to you. Please be patient because the process of creating a sign is unique and individual, and therefore labor-intensive and time-consuming. The plates proposed on our website are made using the artistic casting method. Our plates will reach you within 2 months from the date of order.
